I'm a diploma student!!! :D Yay!!!

I just wanna let the people who come on here know that I am now officially a diploma student!!! It's been a really easy start to the year but I'm expecting it to get more challenging soon. I've got some really great lecturers and the students are the same ones from last semester. You all rock!!! :D

Anyway, I've recently installed Ubuntu Feisty-Fawn 7.04 on my desktop computer and I'm still figuring out a few glitches. I've also joined the Ubuntu forum and they've been a massive support to me. Thanks so much everyone! :)

Hi, all!

I've decided to update anyone who reads this blog on how I'm going with my certificate 4 course. I'm really getting stuck into the work and though my mind tends to float away from it sometimes, I'm happy with what I've done so far. I've gotten a lot of practice with router configuration and am becoming more experienced in setting up Active Directory on servers. I really enjoy working with the guys in my class. I'm the only girl and am enjoying that because though I like being in the presence of girls, they tend to be less straight-forward with their thoughts and feelings than guys. Right now I'm working on VBScripting and I'm finding it a bit difficult but I'm learning as I go along. It can only get easier from here (I hope).

• I've studied and completed my CCNA1 (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certificate.
  
• I'm currently studying Certificate 4 in Information technology (Networking).
• I'm a big Evanescence fan (go to evthreads if you are, too. I'm also a member there.)
